Historical Markers

The Ohio Historical Markers program encompasses over 1,500 unique markers that tell the state’s history as written by its communities. This presentation will focus on how the Historical Markers program at the Ohio History Connection is designed to benefit the communities that it serves and how commemoration and marking the past contributes to an important sense of community.
