This tour cannot be missed!
The Dayton Arcade is a collection of five buildings constructed between 1902-1904. There was a large market, retailers, and office space. The Dayton Arcade was also a tourist destination, because of the elaborate detailing enhancing the domed rotunda and beautiful mosaics throughout the buildings.
In the 1970s, the building began its transformation into a contemporary indoor shopping mall. The mall was only open from 1980-1990, and the building has sat vacant except for the occasional special event.
On this exclusive tour with the Miller-Valentine group, find out how they are working with the city to redevelop these structures (1MILLION sq ft) into a hub for downtown Dayton.
This will be your last chance to enjoy this space prior to construction!
Following our tour, we will go grab some lunch and enjoy some local brews.
