Join Ohio Humanities for the 19th annual tour of Ohio Chautauqua!
Chaparticipation. It is a nostalgic nod to a similar 19th century prutauqua 2017: The Natural World is a five-day community event that combines living history performances, music, education, with audience ogram established on the shores of New York’s Chautauqua Lake.

June 27-July 1: Milan
Chautauqua 2017 will present free living history presentations of novelist Mary Shelley, primatologist Dian Fossey, former President Theodore Roosevelt, physicist Marie Curie, and Shawnee leader Chief Cornstalk.
Daytime activities will feature stimulating adult programs and hands-on workshops for youth hosted by local community organizations. Each evening, family and friends gather as live music fills the air. Afterward, a talented performer appears on stage, bringing a historic figure to life through personal stories and historic detail.
