LGBTQ Community Day is a Gay Ohio History Initiative (GOHI) project designed to preserve and share the stories of Ohio’s LGBTQ community. On this day, Ohio History Connection and Outlook Media invite you to bring in your photos, documents and objects to be digitized to help us share a wholistic narrative of the LGBTQ Community in Ohio. This day is free, open to the public and will include:
• A display of current GOHI collection items
• Exhibitors from other Ohio LGBTQ organizations
• Special curator talks
• Living history performances
• Hands-on activities for families
