CRACKING THE CODE: Volunteer Program Webinar Series

For many local organizations, a primary concern is a lack of volunteers needed to reach their goals. Through this workshop series, we will provide local history and community non-profits with the tools to build the infrastructure to recruit and effectively utilize volunteers. Participants will have the opportunity to use their own organizations as case studies, hopefully leading to real change and implementation.
