Dedication of a plaque honoring Enoch Detty, 73rd Ohio Volunteer Infantry, first Civil War Soldier buried at Gettysburg. Enoch grew up in Vigo, Ohio which is approx. 5 miles from Londonderry. Enoch has descendants in the immediate area. The 73rd OVI Regimental Band will perform.
